Shine Cancer Support - Young Adult Cancer Support

What

All day event on Saturday 7th November, 2026, for adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s living with and beyond cancer. There is the chance to talk on a range of topics and share experiences with others who understand. Sessions start with coffee and a chat, discussion on emotions though diagnosis and treatment, finishing with a session on how to manage anxiety and stress. Starting at 10am and ending at 4:30pm, lunch and snacks are included. For more information, see website.
