Service supporting people to live well with the late effects of radiotherapy. It offers specialist self-management advice to reduce the impact of late effects. Support can be face to face or through telephone and video consultations. They may refer you on to other specialist services for investigations, management and support. Service is based in the Radiotherapy Department at the Churchill Hospital in Oxford. Their satellite clinics are located in Swindon and in Milton Keynes Hospital
