It offers the chance to meet others who have had similar experiences, get advice and practical tips, and sometimes hear a talk from a guest speaker such as a health professional. Usually meeting on a Friday, 7pm. Contact before attending to check next dates and for more information. They also have a private Facebook group you can request to join.
