Man Down – Fleet – peer support for adult men with mental health issues

Peer support group for adult men living with mental health issues. Meet others with shared experiences, attend social events and activities that raise awareness and support men in working through their challenges. The Fleet group is held every 2nd and 4th week on a Thursday, 7pm to 9pm. See website for more information.
