Specialist Pilates-based cancer prehabilitation and rehabilitation support for women at any stage of their cancer journey. Led by Debby Donnelly-Addison, sessions focus on strength, mobility, fatigue management, confidence and wellbeing. Support is also available during active treatment as well as post-treatment recovery and are suitable for varying mobility and energy levels and are tailored to individual needs.
