Programmes are built and personalised around where you are now, before treatment, during, or in the months and/or years afterwards. You do not need to be fit to start, coaching is one to one. Nowercise is based in Herne Bay, Kent, but all coaching is delivered online by video call. Clients can take part from home anywhere in the UK

Who

Adults living with or beyond any type of cancer, at any stage, anywhere in the UK. No referral needed and no fitness level required. This is a paid service
