Walking football group for adults offering a fun way to stay active. Held on Mondays, 1.30pm to 2.30pm (excluding bank holidays). After sessions, you can join others in the centre café for a cup of tea or coffee, for £1. If you are living with or beyond cancer, consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes as some exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
