Dancing for Wellbeing – Methodist Church, Darley

Dance class for older people, including people with health and mobility problems, as all sessions can be done either standing or seated. At the end of each class, there is time for refreshments and socialising. The classes take place on Thursdays at 2pm to 3:30pm. See the website for more information and to book.
