Free workshop helping people get ready for cancer treatment, physically, emotionally and nutritionally. Held on Mondays, 1pm to 3pm, in person. Sessions are made up of an hour of tailored exercise followed by another hour of refreshments, social and emotional support and activities around goal-setting and mindfulness. People under the care of the University Hospital Tees who are newly diagnosed with cancer, highly suspected of having cancer or receiving active treatment for cancer - referral is via your cancer care team
