Cancer prehabilitation programme offering support and resources to patients under the care of University Hospital Tees (North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust and South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust). Prehabilitation aims to support you to prepare for your treatment or surgery and includes physical activity and support with nutrition and emotional wellbeing. North and South Tees - with access to a range of exercise offerings with community partners across Hartlepool, Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland and North Yorkshire. There are also virtual offerings

Who

Patients under the care of the University Hospital Tees who are newly diagnosed with cancer, highly suspected of having cancer or receiving active treatment for cancer - referral is via your cancer care team
