Carer’s Emergency Card – Bristol

Free emergency card helping to identify carers in case of an accident or sudden illness so that the person they are caring for is informed and can receive other support. The card includes your name, unique ID and a 24-hour emergency number. In an emergency, nominated emergency contacts will be contacted or, if needed, emergency, health or social care services. The card also entitles carers to a range of discounts and offers. See website for more information and application form.
