Mindfulness group for people living with and beyond cancer, teaching skills to connect to your mind and body, and ways to slow down and find calm. Meeting in person every other month. 2026 dates are September 29th from 2pm to 3pm, and November 4th, 10am to 11am. Sign up to attend by calling, or dropping in to Stoke Mandeville Hospital or the Sunrise Unit, Wycombe General Hospital.
