PeerTalk Support Group – Alton

Support group for adults aged 18 and over facing difficult times, depression and/or anxiety. Groups are free, facilitated by trained volunteers and open to anyone. No need to register in advance. The Alton group meets in person on Thursdays, 7:30pm to 9:00pm. See the website for further information.
