Free Tai Chi class offering gentle movement to improve wellbeing for anyone affected by cancer, including family, friends, carers and healthcare professionals. Held in person every Monday, 2pm to 3pm. No need to book in advance. West Moor Community Centre also offers many other groups and activities. See website for more information.
