Twelve week programme offering adults one to one sessions with specialist instructor qualified in exercise based cancer rehabilitation. To access, you must be referred by a health professional such as your GP, oncologist, physiotherapist. The scheme also includes group rehabilitation classes, and a discounted membership to access gym facilities, swimming and classes. See website and/or contact for more information.
