Navigation wellbeing service providing information, advice and guidance to help people find local support services. Wellbeing Navigators offer personalised support by phone, email, face-to-face or home visit, and can signpost to services such as housing, finance, transport, home support and social activities. It supports people under the care of Medway Maritime Hospital and offers a specialist service for adults aged 18 to 45 with advice on housing, employment and benefits.
