Holding On Letting Go

What

Charity helping children and young people cope with the loss of a loved one. They run free non residential weekends for children, where they can explore their feelings in a safe, nurturing place, ask questions and learn strategies to help them deal with difficult feelings. Support and guidance are also available for parents and carers to help them in supporting the bereaved child. They also provide pre-loss support sessions to children and families, at home or within the school day. Please contact/see website for more information.
