Heart of Kent Hospice

What

Charity providing free specialist palliative and end-of-life care for adults with life-limiting conditions. Services include inpatient and community care, symptom management, occupational and complementary therapies, counselling, support groups, welfare advice, and bereavement support. Care can be provided at the Aylesford hospice, at home, or in residential homes. Self-referrals and professional referrals accepted. See website for more information.
