A virtual prehabilitation programme helping people diagnosed with cancer or in need of surgery to prepare for their treatment. It includes a personalised exercise and physical therapy, mental wellbeing, advice on what to expect before and after treatment and nutritional guidance. See website for details. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some therapies, changes in diet, and exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
