Charity for adults aged 18 and over with an acquired brain injury. It offers advice, as well as practical and emotional support through activities and rehabilitation programmes, focusing on self-image, managing fatigue, stress and anxiety, and confidence. It also provides a free national helpline. Support is available for carers, alongside assessments and information for those with acute or long-term traumatic and acquired brain injury.
