Charity for families who have a child living with a life limiting condition. It supports families through family support workers who respond to the individual needs of the family, by entertaining children, maintaining school attendance, helping out at home, providing hospital support by organising appointments and more. Who

Families with a child aged 0 to 18 living with a life limiting condition. Anyone can refer provided consent has been given by the family concerned
