Family Action – Young Carers and Parent Carers Cumberland

What

Carers support service supporting young carers and parent carers (parents who care on an unpaid basis for a child or young person with additional needs). For young carers, it offers young carer assessment, whole family support, one to one support, signposting and referrals to other services, and access to carer breaks. For parent carers, it can signpost you and give information and advice, and help you meet other carers with shared experiences. See website and/or contact for more information.
