St Wilfrid’s Hospice

What

Hospice providing free specialist palliative and end-of-life care for adults with life-limiting conditions. Services include inpatient and community care, symptom management, counselling, complementary therapies, rehabilitation, and wellbeing and bereavement support for patients and loved ones. The Seahorse Project supports bereaved children and young people. Care is provided at the hospice, at home, and in care homes. See website for more information.
