Charity supporting people with mental health challenges. It raises awareness and offers a range of support services, including group and one-to-one support. One-to-one support includes low-cost counselling, Active Monitoring (a programme of supportive intervention and guided self-help), and Mentoring Minds, which involves regular goal-setting with a trained mentor (referrals via professionals only). Group support includes discussion groups and activity-based sessions designed to encourage movement.
