Charity providing a range of free complementary therapies and group courses to people with cancer in Berkshire. Services are run on voluntary donations, and include acupuncture, massage, reflexology, reiki, art therapy, yoga, mindfulness, Pilates, and Tai Chi. Consult your cancer team or GP before making lifestyle changes. Some therapies may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments. See website or contact for more information.

Treatments are delivered in Charvil, Reading, Newbury, and Bracknell, Berkshire, with some services available online

Who

People with cancer who live or receive treatment in Berkshire, or who are within six-months of completing active cancer treatment. Self-referrals accepted
