Toynbee Hall – free legal advice centre

Free legal advice centre providing advice to the public on housing and employment. Advice is provided by volunteer trainee solicitors who are supervised by Toynbee Hall staff with subject-specific expertise. Appointments are only offered for cases suitable for delivery by trainee solicitors, and are intended to provide one-off rather than continuous advice. If an issue is identified to be particularly complex, signposting will be offered to other trusted organisations that can help. Toynbee Hall also offers a range of free community activities and events including yoga, IT and tech support, and English conversation classes. See website for more information.
