It offers free, confidential and independent advice on benefits, charitable grants, household budgeting, and healthcare and travel expenses. Support is available by phone Monday to Thursday 12.30 to 3.30pm, with face-to-face appointments for patients being cared for by St Bartholomew’s Hospital, The Royal London Hospital, Homerton University Hospital, Newham University Hospital, or Whipps Cross University Hospital.
