Free twelve week programme for people who want to make realistic lifestyle changes. Support is tailored to the individual and on a one-to-one basis or in a group. It includes information and advice on healthy eating, weight management, diet and meals, alcohol reduction, smoking cessation and signposting to local services. See website for more information.
