Cancer and palliative care service offering specialist psychological care and information to people affected by cancer, up to one year post active cancer treatment at Central Middlesex Hospital. To access this service, you must be referred by your healthcare professional. Speak to your oncologist or clinical nurse specialist if you would like to find out more.

Where

Sessions offered in person at Northwick Park or Ealing Hospital, or by videocall or telephone.

Who

People who are receiving cancer care at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust. Clinical referral to the service is open to any NHS clinician, e.g. oncologist, cancer nurse specialist, GP or mental health service. Friends and loved ones may attend appointments but there is currently no separate support for them.
