Cancer and palliative care service offering specialist psychological care and information to people affected by cancer, up to one year post active cancer treatment at Ealing Hospital. Psychological support is also offered to people living with cancer, and their family members, at Meadow House Hospice. To access this service, you must be referred by your healthcare professional. Speak to your oncologist or clinical nurse specialist to find out more.
Ealing Hospital and Meadow House Hospice - sessions offered in person at the hospital and hospice, or by videocall or telephone.
People who are receiving cancer care at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust, and Meadow House Hospice. Clinical referral to the service is open to any NHS clinician, e.g. oncologist, cancer nurse specialist, GP or mental health service. At Ealing Hospital, family and friends may attend appointments, but specific support for loved ones is only offered at Meadow House.
