The Mix – wellbeing support for under 25s

What

Charity offering free and confidential support, expert advice, and a welcoming community for 13–25-year-olds. At The Mix, young people can receive one-to-one support from counsellors, join live support groups, participate in community boards, or connect with peers through our new Peer Chat service - coming soon. Young people can also learn at their own pace using our self-help tools, access urgent support through Shout, and hear real stories on The Mix Six podcast.
