Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People

Hospice providing support to babies, children and young people up to the age of 18 or 19 for those with Special Educational Needs or Disability, living with life-limiting conditions. It offers free specialist palliative and end of life care including symptom management, short breaks, complementary therapy and music, play and water therapy.
