Saint Francis Hospice

What

Hospice offering end of life care and support for people living with serious health conditions including cancer, at the hospice, home and in the community. It works alongside GPs, community nurses and hospitals to help manage pain and other symptoms as well as offering experienced, compassionate advice and support. It runs monthly support groups for people affected by cancer and offers counselling and bereavement support to loved ones. Please see the website for more information.
