Hospice for adults living with an advanced or life-limiting illness, and support for their families and carers. It supports people in their homes and at its hospice as an inpatient for symptom management and end of life care. Its living well group sessions or outpatient appointments support patients in early stages of illness and its Hospice at Home team visit patients at home or in care homes across West Surrey and north east Hampshire.
