St Peter & St James Hospice

What

Hospice for people living with life-limiting conditions and their loved ones and carers. It offers palliative and end of life care, in people's homes and at the hospice. Services include pain/symptom management, therapy, spiritual care and counselling and bereavement support. There are a range of activities, support and therapies at the Living Well centre, including support for carers. See website for more information.
