The Shakespeare Hospice

Hospice for people living with life-limiting conditions and their loved ones and carers. It offers specialist palliative and end-of-life care, supporting people in their homes and at the hospice for day services. Services include pain/symptom management, different types of therapy, financial advice, spiritual care, counselling, and family and children support. See website for information.
