St John’s Hospice – Doncaster

What

Hospice for people with life-limiting conditions, along with their loved ones and carers. It provides palliative and end-of-life care, including pain and symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapies, and spiritual care. Through its Living Well service, it also offers emotional and practical support, including bereavement counselling. Support is available face-to-face or by phone and includes information on work-related issues, fatigue, and diet, practical help and signposting to other local services.
