Service for people aged 18 and above living with mental health issues including feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious. It offers out of hours mental health support, every day of the year and no appointment is needed. Open Monday to Sunday, 6pm-11pm. Offers face to face, phone call, email or video call support.
