Free NHS health and wellbeing service for adults living with and beyond cancer. It offers exercise classes, activities and advice on exercising with cancer and the chance to meet others with shared experiences. After an initial one-to-one assessment with a physiotherapist, trained staff come up with an individually tailored activity programme (in people's homes if necessary).
