Rays of Hope, Cancer Support Group

What

Charity providing practical and emotional support to people living with cancer, and their loved ones and carers. It offers the chance to meet others with shared experiences. This includes exercise sessions and walking groups, social activities, arts and craft classes, cookery demonstrations, holistic therapy workshops and nutrition advice, a choir, and counselling. The service is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am to 3pm. See website for more information.
