Al’s Pals – Supporting Cancer Patients in Hospital and at Home in Milton Keynes

What

Buddy scheme offering support to people living with cancer and/or their families. Support and companionship may be given at home, in the community and through Milton Keynes Hospital. Buddies can provide emotional support in your own home, and/or phone calls, end of life support, signposting to relevant services, and counselling. There are also two support groups for people living with cancer and their loved ones. See website for more information.
