Al’s Pals – Supporting Cancer Patients in Milton Keynes

Buddy scheme offering support to people living with cancer. Support and companionship may be given at home, in the community and through Milton Keynes Hospital. Buddies can provide phone calls between hospital visits, end of life support, and signposting to relevant services.
