Charity providing free, impartial support to help people stay warm, safe and well at home. The service offers advice on reducing energy bills, energy efficiency, accessing grants, heating upgrades and other financial support. Advice is available through a Freephone helpline, community events and one-to-one appointments. The team also works with local organisations to help people access the support they may be entitled to.
