What

Charity for people with secondary breast cancer. It offers support including signposting to local secondary breast cancer groups and services (including online). It also has private Facebook groups - one for people with secondary breast cancer, and another for loved ones. There is a series of Cancer Fit videos, however consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
