What

Exercise rehabilitation programme for people living with or beyond cancer in Hertfordshire. It offers a 12-week group exercise programme to help overcome the side effects of cancer treatment. Sessions create friendship groups, so participants can continue their journey beyond the three months. The sessions take place on Mondays at 11.15am, see website for more information. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
