Adapt North East – Transport service

What

Transport service for people who are disabled, elderly and/or socially isolated that find it difficult to access services. Become a member to use the scheme, it's £7 per year for individuals. It also helps disabled people get their voice heard and have wheelchairs for loan. For more information and to check eligibility, see the website.
