ACCORD Hospice

What

Hospice offering palliative and end of life care to people living with life limiting conditions. Services are provided in people's homes or at the hospice and include pain and symptom management, social activities and groups, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapies, hairdressing and spiritual care. Counselling and bereavement support is also available for loved ones. See website for more information.
