Free NHS health and wellbeing service for adults living with and beyond cancer. It offers exercise classes, activities, advice on exercising with cancer and the chance to meet others with shared experiences. After an initial assessment with a physiotherapist, trained staff come up with an individually tailored activity programme. See website for more information.

Classes take place online and at the Harrogate Sports and Fitness Centre, Harrogate and (in people's homes if necessary).

Adults living with and beyond cancer in the Harrogate area. Self-refer or get referred by a healthcare professional
