The service helps people live with the side effects of cancer and to prepare for and recover from treatment. Referrals can only be made by healthcare professionals from the hospital. Who

Patients being treated at Airedale NHS Trust, who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer and who are on a curative pathway. Referrals must be made by healthcare professionals
