Charity for older people and their loved ones and carers. It offers advice, emotional and practical support, and personal care. Meet others, learn new skills, and stay active through its group activities such as tai chi, wellbeing walks, arts and craft sessions, and chair based exercise. Home help, carer support and telephone befriending also available. Some services incur a cost. See website for more information.
