Charity supporting people to build healthy, non-harmful relationships. It works with people who use abusive behaviour, helping them recognise and change harmful patterns. It also provides support for partners of those taking part in the programme. Support is available through face-to-face sessions in Plymouth, as well as online or by telephone .
